| Family Portrait Photoshoot
I finally got a chance to meet Chris's cousin's family. It was such a joy to photoshoot them. They have such adorable kids~! Although, the boy (Ethan) didn't want to take pictures at first, but then he opened up and we had a blast! Anyway, onto the pictures!

I wanted to try a new technique, so I decided to play around with curves and tried to get that vintage look. I hope I did a decent job on it.
Lately, I've been pondering what to do with my life. Should I go full-time and drop my government contracting job (since I only work 6-16 hours/week - it varies), get benefits, be tied down, work 45-50+hr/week & maybe higher pay or continue working two part time jobs because I have more freedom/free-time. I could use that free-time or downtime to pursue my passion for photography. Lately, Chris and I have been thinking about starting our own photography business, but I've been a bit hesitant b/c I feel like my photography isn't good enough. I just have to keep shooting and practicing and learn from it. I also need a better camera body. I think after my wedding and house hunting, I will invest in the Canon 5D Mark II. The Canon Rebel XTi was definitely a great starter camera, but I feel like I've used it to it's potential. Although, if I do get the 5D Mark II, I am not giving up my Rebel XTi! I loveeeee it sooo much and it was the first DSLR I ever used ^_^ Anyway, hope you enjoy the pictures! I'll be posting some pictures from the DC Conspiracy Counter Culture Festival IV sometime soon

| Ribs!
Since I'm in Chris's area, I decided we should try out some small local places to eat. We were both in the mood for ribs and decided to check out George's Rib.
Their ribs were amazingly finger licking good! The price on it wasn't too bad either. It was $17.99 for a full slab.
The coleslaw was sooooo addicting! I believe they used honey mustard. It was definitely a unique taste that I loved! The mac & cheese was decent.
